In the logistics and moving industry, vehicle advertising is the lowest-cost, highest-frequency mobile advertising medium. However, many fleet owners and advertising professionals encounter a common pain point: the corrugated bodies of ordinary trucks and moving vans are uneven and have deep textures.
Ordinary stickers tend to blister, peel, collect dust, and easily fall off, resulting in unsightly wrinkles or, in severe cases, large-scale edge peeling and cracking within a short period, leading to extremely high rework costs.
A while ago, a client sent us the condition of a corrugated shuttle bus and its design drawings, inquiring about the challenges of applying stickers to this special surface.
We immediately collaborated with our design team to complete precise dimensional measurements, quickly optimized the design documents, and repeatedly screened materials based on the surface characteristics. Ultimately, we selected a specialized sticker material that was easy to apply and had excellent adhesion, successfully helping the client overcome the application challenges on the corrugated surface.

Targeting the corrugated truck body scenario specific to moving companies and logistics freight fleets.
DEKA WRAP has launched a new 【Truck Body Vinyl Decals Solution】 specifically developed for corrugated metal truck bodies. It perfectly adapts to the high-frequency travel, complex road conditions, and all-weather outdoor operations of logistics fleets, addressing various pain points in corrugated truck body application from material, adhesion, fit, and durability.
Today, we’ll break down this specialized sticker in detail, highlighting its core advantages, key application points, and the practical value it brings to logistics and moving truck fleets.
01 -Why can’t ordinary stickers be used on corrugated truck bodies?
Most logistics and moving trucks use lightweight corrugated metal sheets with a textured surface that isn’t flat. This structure presents two major installation challenges:
- Numerous gaps and deep grooves on the sheet surface make it impossible for ordinary flat stickers to adhere completely, easily trapping water, dust, and dirt.
- Frequent high-speed and long-distance driving by trucks exposes them to wind resistance and vibration, along with sun, rain, and temperature fluctuations. Ordinary stickers quickly develop problems such as peeling, blistering, cracking, fading, and eventual complete detachment.
Frequent rework not only wastes materials and labor costs but also results in a cluttered truck appearance, incomplete advertising, and even damaged lettering and blurred logos, negatively impacting the company’s professionalism.
DEKA WRAP corrugated truck body stickers are specifically designed and developed to address these pain points, offering a perfect fit for the uneven surface of corrugated trucks.
02 –DEKA Corrugated Truck Body Stickers | Suitable for Logistics Fleet Scenarios
Compared to ordinary vehicle body stickers, our new product offers particularly outstanding advantages in corrugated truck body scenarios, perfectly meeting the high-intensity usage needs of logistics and moving fleets:
- High ductility for uneven surfaces, preventing bulging or wrinkling.
- Tough and stretchable substrate for excellent adhesion to corrugated surfaces without gaps.
- Strong adhesion, shockproof and suitable for long-distance travel.
- High-viscosity adhesive ensures strong, uniform adhesion and stability against vibrations and weather.
- Weather-resistant and durable for all outdoor conditions, reducing rework costs.
- High image fidelity for a unified, professional fleet appearance.

03 –Corrugated Truck Body Sticker Installation
Even the best materials require standardized installation. Based on extensive practical experience, DEKA WRAP has compiled specific installation tips for corrugated cardboard panels to avoid installation defects and ensure long-term use:
- Plate Cleaning is Key: Dust, oil, iron filings, and water stains easily accumulate in the gaps between the corrugated surfaces. Before installation, thoroughly clean all impurities from these gaps to ensure the surface is dry, free of oil, and dust. Inadequate cleaning will cause the adhesive to peel off and bubble, significantly shortening the lifespan of the sticker.
- Temperature Control is Crucial: The optimal installation temperature is 15-28℃. Avoid installation in extremely cold, hot, or windy/dusty weather. Low temperatures reduce the substrate’s toughness and adhesion, while high temperatures cause the adhesive to harden too quickly, leading to uneven application and poor bonding.
- Segmented Application, Thoroughly Compacting Gaps: Never apply a large area at once! It is recommended to apply the sticker in sections. During the application process, use a scraper to repeatedly press and compact the raised and recessed gaps of the corrugated board, expelling all air and ensuring a tight bond between the sticker and the board surface, with no gaps or residual air bubbles, thus preventing later delamination.
- Reinforce the edges and corners for added security: The edges and corners of the truck body and the joints of the corrugated board are the most prone to peeling. At the end of the application, focus on pressing and repeatedly rolling to ensure proper edge sealing, enhancing edge stability and resisting wind resistance and rain erosion.
- Allow to cure after application: After application, it is recommended to allow the sticker to cure completely for 24 hours. During this period, avoid direct exposure to high-pressure water, forceful wiping, and exposure to direct sunlight or rain. Once completely cured, the vehicle can be driven normally.

⚠️ Installation Tips for Corrugated/Groove Surfaces
Do not lay the film flat directly! This can easily cause air bubbles and inaccurate positioning, affecting the installation result.
It is recommended to position the film in sections and apply it in multiple stages, following the curvature of the surface.
04-The Changes a Good Vehicle Sticker Brings to Logistics/Moving Fleets
For moving companies and logistics transportation enterprises, vehicle stickers are never just simple decorations, but rather mobile outdoor advertising, a business card for corporate image, and a necessity for compliant operation.
- Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency, Minimizing Long-Term Operational Losses: Durable and stable stickers eliminate the need for frequent rework and replacements, significantly saving on material, labor, and time costs. This avoids frequent downtime for fleet maintenance and does not disrupt normal transportation and moving services.
- Unify Brand Image and Enhance Professional Trust: Neat, clean, and uniform vehicle advertising instantly enhances a company’s professionalism. Compared to faded, peeling, or unclear vehicle stickers, a clean fleet appearance fosters customer trust, facilitating order acquisition.
- Long-Term Mobile Advertising, Free Customer Acquisition: Logistics and moving fleets travel through city streets and highways, receiving high-frequency exposure. Clear and complete brand information serves as continuous and effective mobile advertising, accumulating positive brand reputation and attracting customers over time.
- Meet Industry Compliance Requirements: Standardized vehicle markings and clear company information display comply with the operational disclosure requirements of the logistics and moving industry, avoiding compliance issues caused by unclear or incomplete vehicle markings.
